    ANTIQUE STERLING SILVER SNUFF CONTAINER WITH SPOON / RARE ... i havent found any marking on the item . but i am sure its sterling silver .i havent seen any snuff container like this before ..this is a very nice made item in great shape .. i have no ideal just how old it really is ..

      Looks like, with the top loop, something that hung on a necklace for easy use back when "snuff" was acceptable. It looks like Sterling with a lot of patina and has the original spoon...very cool! A nice piece of antique history!
