I have two bottles of this Johnnie Walker Black Label. I know they are old, but I want to know how old they are. Does anyone know?

The tax stamp on the lid should tell you.

If it helps any I read that they stopped using that type of stamp in 1985. We have an anniversary bottle that we won in 1969 at the American Legion still unopened. Unfortunately the evaporation is common.

So even with the evaporation is it still good to drink? What would a bottle of this be worth if it was from the year 1969?
