Large glass paperweight with sulphide Duck on a coloured crimped layer. Just under 4 inches dia and 3 inches tall. Embossed STA on base. Also has a small C within a shallow circular depression low down near left side of tail on duck. Makers mark? Weight is 1kg. Anyone know who might have made this paperweight? Thanks.

Glad you like it. Yes, I will keep this one, along with a small collection of animal sulphides I have collected. I am still hoping to find someone who knows something about this maker though.

This company was in business for a very short time, which makes this paperweight kinda of rare!

Wow, thanks, can you tell me any more about the company please or where I can find more info. What does STA stand for? Thanks heaps.
