Here is an example of an incredibly technical decoration by Loetz. This Phen Genre highlights an extruded cable form, with loops pulled from the body of the vase, not created in a mold. This makes every example unique...and it all looks so simple. Its one of my favorite pieces. It stands 9 3/8"tall...and once again, someone has added a fake LCT signature within the pontil.

Beautiful piece!! What are "fake LTC signature" mean? What does LTC stand for? Thank you for sharing your treasures which really show what excellent taste you have. Mich
Fake LCT stands for Louis Comfort Tiffany. Someone thought the vase was of such quality that it should of had the Tiffany name on it within the pontil. They didn't understand that Loetz was a magnificent glass house of equal or better quality to Tiffany.
