Good Morning,
I am not a big Coke item collector, but I do pick up Coke items every now and then. I found this bottle opener the other day at the flea market and went ahead and got it. I know that someone on here can give me a date of manufacture for it. I know it isnt that old, but I would like to have a date for it . Thanks for looking, Thrifty Gypsy

Yours is from the early 1950s. Pretty common, valued around $2.00. Still old considering it's around 60 years old. signaholic posted an earlier version about 4 months ago. http://www.collectorsweekly.com/stories/31422-1920-to-1940s-metal-coca-cola-opener?in=92

Hey ThriftyGypsy, cool find. I have this one too, started to collect them but there are alot out there.
Signaholic, I was thinking the same thing till I found it was old, but worth about 2.00 dollars. That told me there must be "lots" of them out there. It is a neat item and I plan on having at least one of them. Thanks for stopping by and sharing your story ! Thrifty Gypsy
