Pictured is a complete Knights and Castle miniature playset made by the Marx toy company in the mid 1960's. Marx was known for their playsets, some based on TV series such as The Rifleman, Zorro, etc. The miniature playsets were different from their regular sets, in that all of the figures were hand painted, and were made of a breakable hard plastic. All of the knights are about 1" tall. After playing with one of these sets a few times the small delicate pieces would be broken. Someone took care of this one for years.

This is the best toy I can remember from back in the day. I was told each figure is worth from 5 hundred to 1000 US each.
