I was sitting in LA traffic while on vaca last month and saw this little car. I took a pic and thought I would identify it later. I still have no idea of the make or year. The low windshield and knock off wheel caps make me think maybe it was a racer. Any comments are appreciated. Ron

I am an L.A. native and have seen this car around town myself it's very cool. Not sure of the make, might even be a kit-car (which if it is the case, is worthless) but still a cool California car. I think the owner of this car owns some type of yacht or boating company as I always see it parked by the ocean near multi-million dollar water toys.
