This frosted glass bottle measures 2" tall x 3" wide. It looks to me like it is hand painted??? It has one pink/white rose. Also eight blue & yellow flowers and green leaves .(same on both sides). On the base is embossed "DEVILBISS" underneath that has three small embossed circle. Seams on both sides that go up to lip but not on lip. Missing stopper. Can anyone tell me something about this bottle?

how interesting - and what a name! I am sorry I don't know anything about your bliss but I will enjoy watching this to see if anyone else does - if I find out I will let you know :-)
ooops!! That should read "about your bottle!" Lol.
Beautiful DeVilbiss perfume bottle! Unusual one! It's missing it's atomizer unit, not a stopper.
Here's some info on the firm from the redoubtable Cleopatra of Cleopatra's_Boudoir. Regards, miKKo
