I found this little sweetie a couple of weeks ago. Not sure if she is a Kokeshi Doll, just a souvenir, or from a different country all together. Needless to say I love her and she fits in with all the gals (oh that boy too).

I think she's lovely! I once was thinking of start collecting Kokeshi dolls and was surfing the net in search of them. The ones I liked the most were those that didn't fit in the traditional "kokeshi doll with the cleopatra hairdo" , just like this one or your amazing Tokyo Tower Kokeshi :)
Well Austro I didn't think I was starting a collection but look at it! Snuck up on me. No wonder the hubby is making noises about picking a few collections and sticking with it. : )
