Another Deco era gem from largely forgotten Stanford Products, Ltd. of San Francisco, Calif. Stanford Products only manufactured clocks for about 18 months in 1931-1932 before being knocked off by the Great Depression. This model, and most of the company's initial production, was designed by noted industrial designer William M. Brower. It has a three-piece Bakelite case and lithographed metal dial. I love the stepped ‘ziggurat’ base!
