The measurements are as follows:
Height: about 4 and 5/8 inches
Top: 2 1/4 inches across
Bottom: 2 inches across
I found this in Roswell New Mexico this summer. I have been doing research on it and as far as I can tell it is a Cambridge piece. I haven't seen anything like it.

have you looked or felt inside the bottom of the bowl; many time makers put their mark inside the bowl of wine stems. This looks like Imperial Glass to me but I can't point to the pattern. Maybe try posting another image like the first but with a quarter turn to get the other side and an in-focus shot of the bottom.
TallCakes, there is no mark anywhere. It has the Double Star and/or Buzz Saw pattern. Thank you! I am going to get better pics and figure out how to get them on here!
