Half price day at the thrift can be intense. There are times the line is so long I half wish that I won't find anything. For some reason, Friday afternoon was almost empty...but full of treasures!
Here is a Nybro 'Kutter"shrimp boat bowl by Paul Isling. Even the hubby likes this one.
The other is a mystery to me. Really well made. Is much more orange that the photos show...looks like something Austro would like. Input or ideas for this unmarked, five inch (about) tall cool vase (?)
Thanks!

Thanks Sean! Book club tonight.
Si, gracias.
Yes, it's something Austro loves, but haven't got the faintest idea of what it can be... but I'll try to find out!
Austro, I thought this looked like you. Help appreciated!
Eye4, yes on certain days there are color sales and at one mega sized thrift almost all the colors are 50% off on certain days. Other days colors can vary in discount. I love finding something, think that I really don't want to spend that, then see the giant color board telling me half off. Happened with both of these.
I usually avoid them like the plague myself but had to get my thrift on...too many days spent in meetings!
Some Uniques are much better than others. I just had my favorite get a new mgr. rearranged the whole store and jacked the prices way up. (Way way up)
No longer my fav...but I am a S. Army gal!
Gotta big bag of donations for them in the car.
Austro, I am going blind trying to ID this orange guy...any direction you can point me?
Well, as i saw it i thought of bristish glass, but it's just a feeling, I can be 100% wrong about it :/
