wash them up they may have a date on the lower area of the circle(I would guess late 40's),yes keep the bases,they are big but alot of collectors want to put them up outside.And these, not being 100 %, are great to leave outside,and on the poles looks cool!Thanks for posting!
Man, how cool would that be to just have 2 Texaco Banjo pole complete signs buried in your yard!?!?? What a great find! GGC is probably correct but maybe a little earlier. Texaco signs are probably the most common Gas station signs out there but everyone still wants those like you unearthed. Congrats!
Thank you..... They were my wifes grandfathers items. He didn't throw anything away and we have been going through all of his stuff, since he past away recently. We are finding ALOT of old and unusual things!!!
