The Enamel Initials are R.A.B.O. I think that's the Correct Order and the Badge above,justice truth philanthropy with the initials P.C. And above that there are two badges with PRIMO Draped over bull horns. On a yellow ribbon with green and red Stripes.
On the back of the medal the makers stamp name is L. Simpsons, London ltd
