Nice color!!! Most of the ones I encounter are golden. I have one of these in my kitchen cabinet, and it does an excellent job of keeping all my packages of 'Sugar in the Raw' and 'Sweet n Low' dry.
Oops. I meant, most of the ones I encounter are golden, and not carnival glass. Mine is the common golden, non-carnival glass kind. Yours is a bit special. : )
BEAUTIFUL:)
i bought one of these from someone on the sidewalk in oakland the other day - just like this. thanks!
VERY NICE! We started with the amber Hen on Nest that belonged to my Mother-in-Law...we now have 7 of these Indiana Glass Hen on Nest in various colors(our Carnival is amber), plus the Cat on Nest and the Bunny on Nest, both in clear glass. They made so many colors that we may never get one of each ;)
