I just curious if anyone can give me any information about this salt shaker. It is glass, has wicker pattern around the sides and just radial lines on bottom. I found it at an abandoned gold claim (No one has had this claim for over 100 years.) It is half filled with calcium carbide which old miners used to power their lamps and generated heat. I found it in the sierra foothills of northern California.
