I'm really sorry I cannot it's just that I have seen the look before & wondering myself as I'm just a novice. I'm also here to learn & if lucky can help back a little.
This piece is from between 1890 and 1910 from China. Could be worth $200! It is very nice.

I would mark it as solved but I have had others from another site that it is much older then turtlezman believes it to be. I have also been told that it is worth a little more then $200, I have been told that it could bring closer to $800 but I appreciate the input from all.
