Dog decorated drinking glasses

This is an unusual set of drinking glasses. It is a set of six. Each glass has the same hand-painted three dogs on it. Looking carefully, I can see slight variations in each dog on each glass. It seems like a lot of work to do for a set of drinking glasses.

I bought these at a single family auction a long time ago. It was obvious from looking at the family's possessions that they were either European or traveled to Europe frequently. These glasses look European to me, I have never seen anything like them locally.
