this is a warning 4 tons safe load wood sign that was mounted to a old wood bridge that was being torn down in Palentown NY the bridge was over the Mettalhonts stream. the sign sure shows lots of character. thanks for looking.

Ha, I still shiver every time I see these signs. I drove a big rig for 6 months last year, and it was never an easy situation to make a U-Turn while pulling a 53 foot trailer when I got to a bridge posted with weight limits. And a $1500 ticket if caught going across it.
