This is an unused printed postal card depicting portraits and flags of Hitler of Germany, Franco of Spain, and Mussolini of Italy. At the top is "Postcard" in German (Postkarte), Spanish (Tarjeta Postal), and Italian (Cartolina Postale). In the lower right corner is the printer:
