This pendant features a plexiglass encasted real fish!
My boyfriend has had loads of plexiglass seacreatures over the years: seahorses, seastars, shells... He even had a lamp featuring two seahorses! Over the years he got rid of most of this collection. I got this small fish pendant and seashell ring from him.
I do love the retro look these objects have. Most of these objects were made in the sixties or seventies.
I must say, I have never worn the pendant.
I m a vegetarian, not eating any meat or fish, and I have a hard time wearing a dead fish around my neck, even if its just a small one. Still, I love it and I m not going to part with it.
I hope you enjoy it too!
You re right val, I have a hard time thinking about their end too.
