Behemian vase with three ball feet

These seem to be a theme, I have seen three ball vases, candles, vases inkwells and paperweights... all with the same type of foot. This piece is about 5" tall and has a ground feet and rim. The whole piece is covered in a light flash iridescence that looks like soap in water. I have also seen this shape shape and finish in solid black (with a flash iridescence)

Any ideas folks?
