i believe this was part of a set and a suitable clock is missing - numbered 3314/3. and stamped Deutschland and numbered by hand with 11 - you are right Bihl was a Czech, Bohemian company, but after the Munich treaties of 1939 it became Generalgouvernement Böhmen and Mähren
