It could be a Master size ice cooler manufactured after 1946. We really need more pic's, without the other junk, of all four sides, the top and inside tank view before we can get down to specifics. On the inside tank walls may be some embossed letters and/or numerals which could indicate the manufacturer and date. Don't just throw it away. Somebody in your area will want it.

It's holding part of an d busing so I can't open it
