    This rocking chair dates to about 1900-1910 but possibly earlier. It was owned by my great-grandmother who lived in Kokomo, Indiana. The fabric has been changed at least 4 times that I know of, since the chair was in constant use and the material wore out over time. Six generations of my family have rocked in this super comfortable chair! There are no industry marks or anything to help with its identification. Can the date, style and anything else be determined from the photo?

      1890 to 1900 is correct. it's more English, then American. it's called a Barrel chair.
