Amber Paper Weight Bud Vase / Swedish or Italian Art Glass / Unknown Age

Here's a little paper weight bud vase I picked up the other day. It's only 8" tall and the base is about 2" in diameter. Has the look of either Swedish or Italian art glass. The amber color glass floats in the center of the clear outer casing. There's a bit of hard water residue in the stem. Must have been used a lot. -Mike-
