Vintage Gunslick Patches Store Display

This from whenever gun cleaning patches sold for 25 cents a pack. The front side is metal with hooks for hanging the patches. On the backside there is information on other Gunslick cleaning products. As this would be hanging on the wall I believe that was information for the dealers.
Am thinking this is circa 1960.
