I found these as I was looking through my late Father's possessions. I think that they may both be considered Art-Deco Items.
The first is a tie clip by Swank, and it measures 55mm. Then is pictured a cuff link and tie bar set produced by Anson. This tie bar is 75mm in length. The "jewels" appear to be some kind of plastic, and the metal is plated in a gold tone.
Despite not fitting contemporary ties, their style has endured. I did find a wider tie, however, and the cuff links and clip look good as a set.

Very Nice set. Family heirloom, even if it is a plastic stone. I would be proud to wear it (and do wear plastic stone Swank links daily). ;-)
