    This lovely silk fan came from India in 1930's.The lady I bought it from was telling me her father worked in India and bought it back for her. she was 82.
    It is the oldest fan in my collection.
    Most of my fans are from 1940's 1950's and come from China
    I am excited to find some treasures in Japan next month

      Do you collect fans Rose? I only have one but I love them. They are an elegant solution to women after they are 40... as well as in warm weather :-). If you have the time, could you look at my fan? Do you think it's new or vintage? Thanks.
