    I have no idea what this was used for, but i picked it up at Goodwill today. This is the smallest piece i got - about 4.5" tall. i like the color, but it doesn't go w/ the other green glass pieces i picked up today.

      I have serveral of these in different colors. I think they are inspired by old bottels /containers that where used by pharmasies. I think a lot of these were made in the 70s as they were popular then. I've seen them in White, green, blue, brown, grey and clear glass. They are grate to use for dry herbs and things like that. I think there was massproduction of these but it is still a nice thing to have!

      In my part of the world we often use them as containers in the kitchen for herbs, dried mushrooms, chili and such.
