Guilloche Enamel Shoehorn

I got this piece from one of my favorite jewelry dealers, who saved it for me. The piece has obviously been used, the plate is worn off, and there is a small wear on the enamel, but I love the color and pattern. Overall length is 7 1/2 inches, and it's 1 1/2 inches at the widest point. It's marked M Laysiefen, Germany. I couldn't find anything on Google except for some references to a actress. Overall, a nice piece!
