1930's Consumer's Beer Cardboard sign

I just got this sign from a local pick. It's the forth load we have removed from this estate and we find new items every time. I'm not really familiar with cardboard signs, how much does the condition effect the value. I believe this is from 1933-1935 being that old for cardboard what kind of grade would this sign be? and how much does the damage effect the value. It measures 3'x1'. Thanks, Bill
