    I believe this coin to be a WW1 trench art piece but can't be certain.
    It was bought in a lot of 4 other 2 German mark coins and up to now I still have no idea what it is.
    If anyone has any clues please let me know.

      I agree, this intricate engraving would need specialist tools surely?
