    Bought at an estate sale in Dallas. It is a 11 1/2 tall and the opening is 5 1/4 wide. It is made out of Wenge wood, and has a plastic vinyl liner. There is a black stamp mark on the bottom but the only thing I can read is DENMARK and what looks like a set of wings.

      I think most are Teak but this is beautiful dark grain.

      It is nice looking. You need to forgive me, I am new with wood identification. I have seen a little rosewood and I agree Rosewood is certainly beautiful.

      it is made of Wenge. A rare wood.
