Oil Painting Signed "Harriet"

Oil canvas laid on board signed "Harriet" lower right. 16x20 Image of female. Looks like a military outfit or a nurse uniform to me but I'm no expert on painting's. On the reverse side is a sticker that states PICWOOD GALLERIES ARTIST'S AND DRAWING MATERIALS PICTURE FRAMING 587 3 AVE. (bet. 38-39)-MUrray Hill S-6683. I have tried to research "Harriet" and the "Picwood Galleries". No luck yet on this artist. I can't wait to get her framed and on the wall. Found her in a GW thrift store on my lunch break yesterday. Does anyone have info on "Harriet"?
