    These are Burke, Inc. Tulip Chairs, however I haven't found many industrial type. Are they worthless? Should I bother trying to restore them? The chrome legs are rusted and pitted.

      I would suggest you don't touch them, unless you are a professional at something like that. I recently saw some similar to these that brought a pretty penny. I have really goofed by re-doing a few things myself. Sometimes even broken the "project".
