    Metal tool of some sort,clamping system or for rivets?

      i have several of these nasty tools of torture for moo cows. interesting, but brutal!

      This is a blab...and it is to keep a calf from sucking a cow. She'll kick it off, but the calf can still graze. It is a wicked one.
