OLD? NEW? VINTAGE? DECANTER

I got this bottle at a yard sale not finding to much on it hoping all you glass people can tell me if it's old new or vintage. It doesn't look machine made because it's very lop sided at the top. But, not seeing a pintail at bottom, looks like a circle inside at bottom. I can see a couple of bubbles in glass. The writing on front is all etched Cabernet. There is a sticker Sticla. It is 14 inch tall. It had a big glass stopper with it but there's no way it went with bottle it just didn't fit right. Any info. would great.
