Burley and winter crock? Please help identify

I was walking around one day in my neighborhood of Garden City NY and saw this crock waiting to be thrown out by the curb. Recognizing it as a collectors item, I took it to investigate. From my online research, I think it is a Burley & Winter crock, but I am not sure. It 's a heavy thing , weighing about 22 pounds and measuring 16 inches tall. Each side has a decorative handle and there is a 5 within a heart on the front. Does any one have any idea if B&W are actually the makers, when it is from, and how much it might be worth? Thanks for any help!
