pretty 3 footed bowl, orange opalescent inside

I have had this bowl for so long, I think I inherited it. It is a beautiful piece with vibrant colors of orange which kind of looks like opalescent on the inside of the bowl along with tulips and gold dots? It is stamped on the bottom with a cherry blossom stamp that says made in Japan. From the research I did on the stamp, it was made sometime in the 30s? in Japan for Nippon or Noritake but could be very wrong. Any help is appreciated. My daughter took a picture of the bottom, and I failed to include it originally. Thank you all so much for your feedback!
