Here is my question. This is not a Lego Mini Figure ( looking at the size)
almost 2 3/4 " tall - Marked 2008 Lucasfilm. Ltd

Any Idea ? Mega Blocks Maybe ?

My son really likes legos lol - I think the lucas films does have to do with being foreign I saw one site when searching that looked like it was German?
