My favorite Haviland Plate..

I love the style of this handpainted Haviland France Plate.. It is an 8" plate with starfish, net, and gold edging all around in a swirled and smudged pattern. One of the sites I looked at show 1926-1931 for this mark.. However another site said 1942-1960. One site said most of the earlier plates of this mark were not signed. Another site differed on that information. Trying to kind of date this. I saw a few plates with similar style painting and themes.. seashells.. but.. am hoping to know a little more about this if anyone out there has expertise in Haviland..
