This was an antique store buy. Not a great deal but not a bad one either. It was 10-15 years ago so now it looks like a pretty good deal. There was probably supposed to be a chain for a harness but the piece did not have one when I purchased it. Also I can't believe that there is no category for "toys" so I had to put the piece in "tractors".
