Antique? French Scenery Oil Painting Eiffel Tower Artist Lirnfor? Help!!!!

This is a huge painting I acquired at a local garage sale yesterday. The seller is from France and she told me she bought this painting over 20 years ago at a high end gallery here in California. She was in tears having to let it go. Because she said she was downsizing. This wonderful painting has so much depth and detailing. I fell in love with this immediately. And could not leave it behind. I would love to one anymore information as to the artist or help. This measures about 2 feet x 3 feet long.
