Tubular RR Lantern

I have never seen a lantern where you have to pour the kerosene into the lantern by removing the burner. The lantern has no other cap holes on the base. The lantern is complete and very old but has no ID marks on the frame. Globe does have "Dietz Fitzall New York USA" embossed but not sure if this is the original globe.

I think it's a Dietz but not sure of the age or type. Thanks for any help.
