I'm not really into the jewelry thing, but thought this one was interesting.
It's brass and about 2 1/4 inches long. When worn on your finger there is a mirror that flips up to check your makeup. Any ideas on time frame or maker.
I don't think this is a ring--it held a tube of lipstick and was carried in a lady's purse--they were popular around the 1950s or 60s. The mirror was for applying and checking lipstick. There were also enameled and rhinestone and very fancy ones.
