This is something of an oddity! I've yet to see another combination like this. No longer an oddity, thanks to the helpful information in the link below, posted by colori.
The glass is lightly iridescent and without damage. The collar, however, is irremovably rusted to the glass! The dimples were formed by pressing something like the end of a ruler into the glass. My guess would be Kralik.

I would say Kralik glatt,

Thank you so much, colori, for identifying the type of glass, and confirming my Kralik guess. The collars have the same pattern by the way. I absolutely love your rose bowl, and the veined vase too, but missed your original posting unfortunately.
