    Can anyone tell us about these? We purchased a camp in Upstate NY that was built in 1940. These are attached to what would have been the outside back porch wall, there are 2, one on each side of the door. While we know the brackets are cast iron we can find no info on the unique shape of the lamp itself(bottom)

      Looks like it was hooked up to a fuel line. That is something that hasn't been done for a long time.
