Very unique Grateful Dead VW bus light with the trademark "GD" license plate. VW is 9-1/2" long, 6" tall and 5" wide. Made of beautiful glass with metal trim. Bought at a craft show in Washington State years ago. Have not seen another one. Any help?

Very unusual as you say, have never seen another. Cant solve anything here but thanks for posting. Have splitscreen camper and crewcab truck so love Vdubs...
This is such a cool light , i love it , so unusual , (i want one !!)
I just bought the same one at a antiques store here in new hampshire. I cant imagine there are many around. mine varies slightly, the face on the front is green, and peace signs are colors not blacked out.
