Hey guys trying to figure out both Era and identification of this Ribbon. From the other items it was with my guess is from 1918-45. I was hoping to figure out period and Branch and what it stands for. My guess is the USN. Please if you know share with me.

pin back puts it at WW2 or very soon after.

That is the Navy Unit Commendation Bar which is a ribbon bar only award. Both Jewels and Scott are correct.
